“We met Luigi in the process of buying this property.

His responses, his attitude, his preciseness he was very precise all over the process and, whatever questions I had he tried to answer them fully.

Technically everything he is obviously doing his the managing, the marketing and, finding the clients, whatever managing them, and also whatever, if there is a technical issue in the house.

Whatever can happen, he’s also dealing with it. So it’s, he’s in a hundred percent charge, in charge of these situations.

Even for example, I didn’t know I had to do the it was my stupidity, but I didn’t know I had to do an Italian tax declaration, though I, obviously, I have an income in Italy, so I have to do it, but I forgot about it. And he was managing that.

All of your needs, all of your problems are managed and managed well. It’s important because if I have a property in Italy with the problems, that’s a bit of a headache.
