One address, four independent apartments
Previtali City Apartments brings together four recently renovated units — one one-bedroom apartment and three studios — in the same residential building on Via Andrea Previtali, Bergamo.
Each apartment is entirely private and functions independently. The shared address makes the collection useful for colleagues, families and groups who want to stay close while keeping separate entrances and living spaces.
The interiors follow a consistent standard, with clean lines, neutral colours, contemporary furnishings, air conditioning and modern amenities.
Guests can book a single unit from one adult, subject to each apartment’s maximum occupancy, or combine all four apartments for up to 13 guests. A combined reservation requires at least four adults, one per apartment.
The Four Apartments
Sara

The largest unit in the collection. Sara is a well-organised one-bedroom apartment with a separate double bedroom and a bright living area with sofa bed. Full-height windows bring natural light into the space, and the dining area seats four.
Air conditioning and heat pump provide year-round comfort. Wi-Fi speed: approximately 302 Mbps.
Ideal for: couples wanting more space, business travellers with family and longer stays.
Elisa

Davide

Davide is a compact, fully renovated studio on the first floor of the same building. It includes a double bed, private bathroom with shower, equipped kitchenette, air conditioning, heating and self check-in by personal code.
The Papa Giovanni XXIII Hospital is approximately 30–35 minutes away on foot or 15–20 minutes by direct bus. Bergamo train station is approximately 15 minutes away on foot.
Ideal for: business travel, medical stays, solo travellers and short city stays.
The Building
All four apartments are on the first floor of a residential building. Access is by stairs and there is no lift.
Self check-in is managed by keypad. Access instructions and the personal code are sent before arrival, allowing guests to enter independently after completing the required online registration.
